# 5. Recolección de información

La recolección de información se hizo por medio de un Banco de Solicitudes de Información, y se implementó de la siguiente manera: 

### 5.1 Solicitudes en materia de transparencia. 

Recopilamos la información publicada de manera proactiva en sus sitios web oficiales con base en la Ley General de Transparencia, la Ley General del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción y las Leyes Estatales de los Sistemas. Para la información que no localizamos en sus sitios, realizamos solicitudes de información a través de la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia (PNT) a aquellas instancias que se encontraron como sujetos obligados.  

### 5.2 Solicitudes en materia de Perspectiva de Género y Enfoque de Derechos Humanos. 

Se realizaron solicitudes de información a través de la PNT[^1] a todas las instituciones.
