# 3. Secretarías Ejecutivas o Técnicas
Las Secretarías Ejecutivas se conforman por una persona titular quien se encarga de formular propuestas, metodologías e indicadores, gestionar diversos asuntos y dar ejecución y seguimiento a los acuerdos del CC y del Órgano de Gobierno. En este sentido, es un organismo descentralizado, no sectorizado, con personalidad jurídica, patrimonio propio y con autonomía técnica.
