Realizamos una revisión sistemática y semanal de fuentes hemerográficas —principalmente digitales— para conocer el estado actual de cada proceso de designación.\
Toda la información recabada se documenta en una base de seguimiento que denominamos **"sistema de criterios de monitoreo",** donde registramos campos como fecha, fuente, tipo de vacante, estatus del proceso, entre otros.
